Inspite of taking utmost care while delivering the right product for you, we understand that sometimes the product may have some damage. In such a case, please read up the Return/Exchange policy as below:

We strictly do not have any returns/exchange/cancellation/refund on any products once an order is placed.

Also, there is no returns/exchange/cancellation/refund in case of size issues. Hence it is always advisable to order one size up.

No exchange without parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage).

The opening video must be uncut and clearly show the shipping label on the package.

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; any delay may result in rejection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided.

Only manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement upon verification.

In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product. However, if the same product is not available, the customer can order another product. Refunds would not be given in any instance. Replacement timeframe – 5-12 working days once the return package is received by us.

Also, this being online sales, there may be slight variations in the colour / finish / fabric depending on the screen resolution of your devices and also the camera lights. No returns/exchange/cancellation/refund will be entertained in such cases.
